We seek an experienced and enthusiastic Ecosystem Partnership Manager to spearhead our efforts to expand our blockchain ecosystem's reach and impact. The ideal candidate is proficient in crypto and lives and breathes the blockchain space. Your role will involve forging partnerships with top-tier platforms to ensure the successful listing of AMB token and to heightened recognition of the AirDAO ecosystem.
- Partnership Development: Identify, approach, and establish strong relationships with leading crypto exchanges, DeFi platforms, and aggregators. Cultivate partnerships that elevate the visibility and accessibility of the AirDAO ecosystem and AMB token.
- Listing Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for listing AMB token and AirDAO on reputable platforms. Collaborate with the team to ensure listing goals align with the business objectives.
- Blockchain Visibility: Collaborate with our marketing teams to highlight AirDAO's unique features and advantages—secure listings on prominent crypto exchanges and platforms to enhance the credibility and recognition of our ecosystem.
- Relationship Management: Maintain proactive communication with partner platforms, ensuring continuous collaboration, feedback exchange, and alignment of goals. Act as a bridge between our company and partner platforms, addressing concerns and exploring opportunities for mutual growth.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging opportunities in the crypto and blockchain space. Provide the AirDAO Council with market research insights to refine our partnership approach.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of AMB token listings and blockchain visibility efforts to the council. Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and achieve superior results.
- 3+ years of experience in partnerships, sales, or similar roles with a proven track record cultivating, closing, and managing partnership pipelines over time.
- A deep-rooted passion for the blockchain and cryptocurrency ecosystem, with a strong understanding of crypto assets and the evolving landscape.
- Proven experience in successfully managing partnerships within the crypto and blockchain space, with a track record of achieving listings on major exchanges and crypto aggregators such as CMC, Coingecko, Defillama, etc.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex blockchain concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with data to inform decision-making and optimize strategies.
- Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of market trends, regulatory developments, and emerging opportunities in the blockchain and crypto space.
- A network of existing contacts within the blockchain and crypto industry is a significant advantage.
